Topeka Pizza Hut Driver Robbed

Wow, didn’t hear about this.  It wasn’t my store, but still should have heard about it:

A Pizza Hut deliveryman’s call to a vacant house late Friday turned out to be a recipe for robbery.

Police Sgt. Charlie McCray said the hold-up occurred after someone ordered a pizza delivered to a vacant house in the 1900 block of S.W. Buchanan. McCray said the deliveryman was approached and robbed by two men, one of whom carried a “long gun.”

No one was hurt, and no arrests have been made. Police reports didn’t say what was stolen.
