Work, What a Joke

So, the General Manager at work hasn’t shown up in 3 days. I suppose he’s quit? That’s one hell of a way for upper management to get out the door. I guess that explains why this entire weekend has been fucked up.
We had too many orders friday, while we ran out of dough Sunday completely, except for thin crust. Hell, we even ran out of breadsticks. This place has been a joke the last few days, but surprisingly my tips have been pretty decent, save last night.
I didn’t find out about the manager until today. I guess it makes sense while every thing seem damned now. I suppose the current management is doing their best considering. Maybe now that there’s a management change, things will improve at the store.
I really hope they do. This store needs to improve greatly in order to stay competitive in the area. Once you start pissing off your customers, delivery tips tend to go down vastly. After all, I’m in this job for the money, and 60% of that comes from the cash customers give me to get their pizza to them as fast as possible.
When tip’s go down, I’m out. I have no loyalty what so ever to this current store. My loyalty is bought mostly in cold hard greenbacks, and the one who can give me the most, has my loyalty.
