Hmm, havent updated in awhile. Talked to Lotte for 2 hours on the phone yesterday, ate up 1/3 of my card :). That really made my day. We talked about pronounciation in Danish….I’m so gonna fuck up everones name over there. Should be entertaiining. Will be funny when I meet Lotte’s family and screw up the pronounciation of her name lol…I bet they will think Im such a good friend! I can’t wait…she was telliing me about all the food I will try.. She said I would probably know how to cook by the time I came back…little does Lotte know I can hold my own…in theroy at least :). One thing that struck me as odd is the fact that she hates peanut butter…it was hilarious listening to her describe it as icky and yucky. Then again I kinda feel the same about the Liver Patte’ shes so found of. If she comes over here..I’ll get her to love Peanut Butter! Hehe, a consipracy is in the works. God…I cant wait for that trip!
Just got back from dinner with my grandtather…we both had a 16oz T-Bone steak, covered in herbs…only thing i could say for sure was Thyme. It had roasted potato’s and roasted bell peppers…it was damn good. I ate the entire damn thing…then drove 250 milres home…that was hard because I was so full and tired. Im supposed to have dinner with him sometime soon in Blooomington when they’re near me visiting friends, so Ican get another meal out of it.
